2. What data we collect and why

We collect the following personal data through our inquiry form: full name, email address, phone number (optional), check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, preferred apartment, and message.

Legal basis: contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) — processing your inquiry is necessary to respond to your rental request. Consent for Google Maps cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)) is collected separately via the cookie banner.

3. How we use your data

We use your data exclusively to:

• Respond to your rental inquiry and arrange your stay
• Communicate about your booking

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making.

4. How long we keep your data

Inquiry data is retained for 24 months from the date of submission, after which it is securely deleted.

5. Who we share your data with

We share data with Resend Inc. (email delivery service) under a data processing agreement. No data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Google Maps is loaded only with your consent.

6. Your rights

8. International transfers

Resend Inc. operates under EU Standard Contractual Clauses. No other international transfers occur.
